Micro Greens and Baby Lettuce
I ran across this on YouTube while searching up info on Micro Greens. It is from an operation at a resort in Jamaica. Although not an Aquaponics system, the first thing that occured to me was why isn't it an aquaponics system. Growing Power actually has a system they use that is rather simular, but they use pots on the wide NFT tough rather than a capillary mat.
